AT 1,052.4 HOURS, UPPER LEFT LONGERON AT REPAIR BROKE IN TWO. ALSO BROKE CROSS MEMBER IN TWO. RECOMMEND AN AD BE ISSUED ON AIRCRAFT WITH THIS MODIFICATION. SUBMITTER STATED FOURTH AIRCRAFT TO FAIL WITH THIS REPAIR.
