What was found
WHILE C/W 5 YEAR WING BOLT INSPECTION, FOUND FITTINGS DAMAGED DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION OF RIGHT, LOWER, FORWARD AND LEFT, LOWER FORWARD WING BOLTS. WASHERS WERE INSTALLED BACKWARDS WHICH DEFORMED THE WING FITTINGS.
