PROPELLER INCORRECTLY TORQUED. PROPELLER SPACER FRETTED .007 INCH. FORWARD SPINNER BULKHEAD CRACKED. FLAPS WERE RIGGED WRONG OUT 5 DEGREES (3 INCHES ON TRAILING EDGE). GASCOLATOR SEALS SWELL IN FUEL.
