DURING A 100-HOUR INSPECTION OF ANTI-ICE FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY, DISCOVERED THE TIME DELAY FOR THE BYPASS INDICATOR PRESS-TO-TEST WAS NOT DELAYING THE SIGNAL. REPLACED TIME DELAY.
