MANUAL MODE SOLENOID VALVE FAILED CAUSING AN UNCOMMANDED FUEL FLOW INCREASE TO THE RIGHT ENGINE. THE RESULTANT TORQUE INCREASE CAUSED THE AIRCRAFT TO VEER SLIGHTLY.
