DOWNLOCK ACTUATORS COULD NOT BE RIGGED TO SPECS. DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION CHECK, FOUND ROD STICKING. SENT IN FOR OVERHAUL. FOUND INTERNAL GUIDE DAMAGED, P/N 9851048-2. INSTALLED AFTER OVERHAUL (17 YRS OLD). SUBMITTER SUGGESTED PART SHOULD HAVE LIFE-LIMIT OVERHAUL TIME.
