PILOT REPORTED A DROP IN RIGHT FUEL PRESSURE WHEN HEATER WAS STARTED. FURTHER INVESTIGATION REVEALED FUEL LEAKAGE FROM HEATER FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR AT UPPER SEAL.
