THE BRACKET IS THE RUDDER TOP ATTACH POINT. CORROSION APPEARS TO HAVE STARTED BETWEEN THE ATTACH POINT BRACKET AND THE AFT SPAR. EVENTUALLY CRACKING THE SPAR AND BRACKET.
