NEW CESSNA DURING PHASE 1 INSPECTION, FOUND LEFT FLAP TRAILING EDGE, LOWER SKIN, CRACKED AT 4 EACH RIVETS STARTING FROM INBOARD END TO OUTBOARD 2 FEET. REPLACED FLAP WITH NEW ASSY FURNISHED BY CESSNA.
