What was found
DURING RUN-UP, CUSTOMER NOTED NO MAG DROP ON ONE MAGNETO. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL FOUND CAPACITOR WAS 'OPEN' INTERNALLY, SO MAG COULD NOT GROUND WHEN SELECTED. NEW CAPACITOR WAS INSTALLED AND FUNCTION CHECKS WERE NORMAL.
