TIRE MOUNTED IN NOSE POSITION. PILOT SAYS SEVERE SHIMMY OCCURRED AT LAST TWO TAKEOFFS, GROUNDED THE AIRCRAFT. FOUND FACTORY INTERNAL BALANCE PATCH HAD COME LOOSE, SHIFTED INSIDE TIRE, CAUSING SEVERE OUT-OF-BALANCE CONDITION. NO PREVIOUS DAMAGE HISTORY. REPLACED TIRE.
