UPON ROUTINE INSPECTION OF IMPULSE COUPLING, FOUND THAT ONE OF THE PAWL ANCHOR PINS WAS LOOSE IN THE BODY OF THE IMPULSE. PART WAS IN SERVICE 202 HOURS.
