What was found
DURING POST-FLIGHT, THE 'GREEN' MAIN ROTOR DAMPER PIN WAS FOUND LOOSE. IT HAD WORKED UP TO A POINT WHERE THE BALE WAS CONTACTING THE DAMPER CLEVIS ALTHOUGH IT WAS STILL ENGAGED ON THE PIN.
