RIGHT ENGINE REPORTED AS HAVING OIL TEMPERATURES NEAR RED LINE IN CRUISE. REPLACED BYPASS VALVE AND TEST FLIGHT SHOWED NORMAL TEMPS. FOUND REMOVED VALVE WAS STUCK IN THE CLOSED POSITION.
