ENGINE DRIVEN FUEL TRANSFER PUMP FAILED. FUEL NOT TRANSFERRED TO HEADER FUEL TANK. GRAVITY FEED OF FUEL TO CARBURETOR. NOTE: ONE WAFER VALVE STUCK CLOSED. SPRING AND WAFER VALVE WAS LOCATED NEXT TO DIAPHRAGM.
