AIRCRAFT AT CRUISE SPEED AT APPROXIMATELY 3,000 FEET, VALVE ADJUSTING SCREW COMPLETELY BACKED OUT OF ROCKER ASSY. LOSS OF INTAKE VALVE FOR THAT CYLINDER ENSUED CAUSING LOSS OF POWER, AND EMERGENCY LANDING OF AIRCRAFT.
