THE CREW REPORTED THAT DURING ACFT POWER UP THE STANDBY ATTITUDE INDICATOR DISPLAY WOULD INTERMITTENTLY LOCK UP. THE DEFECTIVE UNIT WAS REMOVED. AN OVERHAULED UNIT WAS INSTALLED, FUNCTIONAL CHECKS SATISFACTORY.
