CREW REPORTED APU HAD AN UNCOMMANDED SHUTDOWN. TROUBLESHOOTING IDENTIFIED THE APU OIL TEMP SENSOR AS DEFECTIVE. A NEW SENSOR WAS INSTALLED, FUNCTIONAL AND LEAK CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY.
