FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT DURING DESCENT TO LANDING, NORMAL PITCH TRIM OPERATED MUCH SLOWER THAN NORMAL. MX TROUBLESHOT THE NORMAL PITCH TRIM OPERATION AND FOUND THE 250 KT AIRSPEED SWITCH IN THE NR 1 ADC DEFECTIVE.
