DURING PRE-FLIGHT ACCEPTANCE CHECK, CREW FOUND THAT THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS FROM ROWS 2-5 WERE INOPERATIVE INSPECTED AND FOUND WATER IN THE LIGHT. REMOVED WATER AND INSTALLED. SYSTEM OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW 16-374A.
