What was found
DURING APPROACH, THE FLIGHT CREW RECEIVED A FLAP FAIL CAUTION MESSAGE. THE CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, COORDINATED WITH DISPATCH, COMPLETED THE NECESSARY CHECKLISTS AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. ONCE ON THE GATE FLAPS WERE SUCCESSFULLY RESET AND PLACED ON MEL.
