SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, THE FLIGHT CREW RECEIVED A FLAP FAIL CAUTION MESSAGE. THE CREW REVIEWED THE QRH, CONTACTED DISPATCH AND ATC, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND CONTINUED TO DESTINATION WITH AN OTHERWISE NORMAL LANDING.
