IAH - CREW REPORTED YAW DAMPER AND MACH TRIM/ACARS LOST ON APPROACH. EMERGENCY DECLARED, LANDED IAH WITHOUT INCIDENT. FOUND DIGITAL FLIGHT COMPUTER CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED. RESET ACARS CIRCUIT BREAKER. SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION.
