MCO - INFLIGHT ORD-SJU. PASSENGER REPORTED DOOR FRAME OF RIGHT OVERWING EXIT HOT TO TOUCH AND PLASTIC DISCOLORED. EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT DIVERTED MCO LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. REPLACED RIGHT FORWARD CENTER HEATER TAPE. SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
