STL - INFLIGHT DFW-BOS. CREW REPORTED CENTER SYSTEM HYDRAULIC EICAS MESSAGE IN FLIGHT WITH ASSOCIATED LIGHT ILLUMINATED. FLIGHT DIVERTED STL LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REPLACED CENTER HYDRAULIC FLIGHT CONTROL SHUT-OFF VALVE THAT WAS FAULTING. SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
