DFW CREW REPORTED RT ENGINE GENERATOR OFF LIGHT ILLUMINATED. EMERGENCY DECLARED, FLIGHT RETURNED DFW, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REPLACED RT ENGINE GENERATOR CONTROL UNIT. SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION CLOSED.
