HNL LT FUEL QUANTITY INDICATION BLANKED THEN RETURNED & RIGHT FUEL QUANTITY THEN WENT ERRATIC & LOST THE TOTAL FUEL INDICATION. EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT RETURNED HNL LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REPLACED QUANTITY INDICATOR, SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION CLOSED.
