EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT RETURNED GIG LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REPLACED HIGH PRESSURE COMPRESSOR CONTROLLER. SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION CLOSED.
