AIR INTERRUPT, EMER NOT DECLARED, LANDING UNEVENTFUL & ACFT NOT OVERWEIGHT. DURING CRUISE CTR TANK PUMP FAILED. UNABLE TO TRANSFER FUEL OUT OF CTR TANK. RESET APPLICABLE CENTER UFI IAW AMM 28-20-28. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK. SYSTEM CHECKED NORMAL.
