MASTER CAUTION AND LAVATORY SMOKE LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. STAYED ON SEVERAL MINUTES. RIGHT AFT LAVATORY E WAS FLASHING AND ALARM SOUNDING. REMOVED AND REPLACED AFT LAVATORY SMOKE DETECTOR IAW AMM 26-14-01. OPERATIONAL CHECKED GOOD.
