THE AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED. DOOR EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN COVER IS MISSING. THE SIGN COVER WAS PLACED ON NEF. REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN AT THE L4 DOOR PER AMM 33-51-01. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
