THE AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED. EMERGENCY LIGHTS SEATS FIRST HALF WERE INOP. EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERIES WERE FOUND DISCHARGED. REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERIES FORWARD AND MID, OPS OK.
