WHILE ACCOMPLISHING AN EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY UNIT CAPACITY TEST, THE 14WL AND 17WL POWER SUPPLIES FAILED TO TEST. REPLACED THE POWER SUPPLY BATTERIES IAW 33-51-38. OPS CHECKED OK.
