AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: PILOT REPORTS CABIN ODOR, RIGHT PACK FAIL. ACM FAIL. SMELLED THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE A/C. ODOR WAS NOTICED DURING APPROACH. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RIGHT ACM IAW AMM 21-52-02. OPS CHECKS NORMAL.
