AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: FLIGHT RETURNED TO ABQ ON ACCOUNT OF STABILIZER ELECTRIC TRIM INOPERATIVE. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED HORIZONTAL STABILIZER TRIM MOTOR IAW AMM 27-41-71 AND ACCOMPLISHED FUNCTIONAL TEST, SYSTEM CHECKS NORMAL.
