AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: RIGHT HAND FLIGHT DECK WINDSHIELD OUTER PANE ARCHING THEN SHATTERED AT FL 410. THE AIRCRAFT DIVERTED AND LANDED SAFELY WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. (NO EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED) REPLACED WINDSHIELD PER TASK CARD 56-94-01.
