AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: LAVATORY SMOKE DETECTION ECAM ALERT OCCURRED ON THE GROUND IN DFW AND DURING DECENT INTO DEN. FLIGHT ATTENDANTS SUSPECT IT WAS FROM LAVATORY E. ACCOMPLISHED OPERATIONAL TEST OF LAVATORY SMOKE-DETECTION SYSTEM. NO FAULTS FOUND.
