AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED. RT COWL ANTI-ICE LIGHT ILLUMINATED WHEN TAKEOFF THRUST APPLIED, FOLLOWED BY LOW SPEED ABORTED TAKEOFF. REPLACED NR 2 ENGINE COWL TAI VALVE, IAW AMM 30-21-11. LEAK AND OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD.
