AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: MID LAVATORY BI-FOLDING DOOR INOPERATIVE. FOUND MID LAVATORY DOOR INCORRECTLY INSTALLED NOT CAUSING DOOR DAMPER TO WORK. REMOVED AND REINSTALLED LAVATORY DOOR AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 25-45-19.
