AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: AFT LEFT LAVORATORY DOOR LOCK DOES NOT LOCK PROPERLY. PASSENGER LOCKED IN LAVORATORY DUE TO INOPERABLE LOCK ON INSIDE OF DOOR. LAVORATORY DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY OPERATION CHECK NORMAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH CMM25-40-65.
