AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: UNCOMMANDED YAW TO THE LEFT IN CRUISE FLIGHT AUTO PILOT1 ENGAGED. NO INDICATIONS ON ECAM. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RUDDER TRIM ACTUATOR PER AMM 27-22-51. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
