AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: WIRING HARNESS BELOW SEAT 17C HAS FALLEN OFF. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE EMERGENCY LIGHT ASSEMBLY DAMAGED AND REPLACED IT PER AMM 33-51-19. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED .
