AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: RAN HYDRAULIC PRESSURE PRIMARY RIGHT CHECKLIST AT CRUISE. UPON COMPLETION OF CHECKLIST NOTED RIGHT HYDRAULIC QUANTITY ZERO. EMERGENCY DECLARED INTO MIA. REMOVED AND INSTALLED NEW ENGINE DRIVEN PUMP RIGHT IAW AMM 29-11-05.
