AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: LAVATORY D DOOR DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE - THE BOTTOM DOOR TRACK APPEARS BENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND LAVATORY D DOOR HINGE PINS MISALIGNED AND RE-INSTALLED THE DOOR WITH PINS CORRECTLY IN FRAME. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
