AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AT 90 KNOTS FOLLOWING ILLUMINATED: BLEED OFF ENGINE LEFT BLEED LOSS WING LEFT, AND BLEED LOSS BODY LEFT. CABIN ODOR ALSO NOTED DURING TAKEOFF, ROLL AND CLIMB. REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT PACK DUCTS AROUND PANEL 191SL.
