AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT A CHORD WAS PROTRUDING FROM THE R1 DOOR. MAINTENNANCE REPOSITIONED CHORD, CLOSED AND SECURED DOOR. CHORD NO LONGER VISIBLE AND THE R1 DOOR SLIDE ARMS NORAMLLY.
