AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FORWARD LAVATORY DOOR LOCK OCCUPIED/ UNOCCUPIED SWITCH LOCK INTERMITTENTLY GETS STUCK IN LOCK POSITION. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LATCH PER AMM 25-40-11 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
