AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: SEAT MOUNTED EMERGENCY LIGHT AT SEAT 22C INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE POWER WIRE TO BE DISCONNECTED UNDER THE SEAT AND RE-CONNECTED IT. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
