AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: COM CIDS PANEL UNABLE TO REST CABIN LIGHTS STUCK ON BRIGHT AND UNABLE TO ACTIVATE EMERGENCY LIGHTS FROM CIDS PANEL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FORWARD FLAIGHT ATTENDANTS PANEL AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
