AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: EMERGENCY EXIT PATH LIGHT AT SEAT ROW 15 INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE GROUND WIRE TO THE LIGHT DAMAGED AND REPAIRED IT PER ESPM 20-43-11. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
